Rules of stay in the hotel

When calculating for accommodation and hotel services, the "hotel day" is used. The hotel day is considered to be from 2 p.m. to 12 p.m. of the following calendar day. The length of stay is rounded up to a whole hotel day.

Check-in earlier than 2 p.m. is provided if there are available rooms with an additional fee in the amount of:

• Early check-in from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. is charged at the rate of 50% of the daily cost of daily accommodation.
• Early check-in from 0:00 to 8:00 is paid at the rate of 100% of the daily cost of daily accommodation

For a guaranteed early check-in, an additional payment of 100% of the cost of daily accommodation is required.

Check-in is only possible if you have a passport
Payment for accommodation must be made before the time of settlement. Access to the room is available only after payment.

Free services of Deribas Hotel:

• The Wakeup service is a morning wake-up call before a certain time
• Call a taxi
• Safes in the rooms
• Luggage storage room
• Provision of a sewing kit, dishes
• Use of iron and ironing board
• Using Wi-Fi

Paid services of the Deribas Hotel:

• The minibar in the rooms is chargeable and is paid during the stay or upon departure (check out)
• Washing and ironing of personal items

The following is prohibited in hotel rooms and public areas:

• Smoking in the rooms is prohibited - a fine of 1,000 UAH
• Loud pastime from 22.00 to 08.00
• Accommodation of animals and birds in hotel rooms
• Accommodation in rooms of persons not registered for settlement
• It is forbidden to transfer key cards to third parties
• Keep weapons, toxic and flammable substances and objects dangerous to life and health in the room
• Use electronic heating devices that are not included in the room equipment, light candles

Accommodation of children up to 5 years old without provision of additional space and meals is carried out free of charge

A baby cot (for children under 3 years old) is provided free of charge, subject to the availability of cots.

All hotel rooms are equipped with:

• sleeping places
• TV
• disposable slippers
• mini perfumery sets
• mini bar
• a safe for storing personal belongings

The administration and employees of the hotel are not responsible for the safekeeping of valuables that are not locked in the safe.

Photos and videos are taken on the hotel grounds for security purposes
